FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Here are answers to the most common questions about studying abroad. We aim to provide clear guidance to help you start your journey with confidence.
Do I need IELTS or another English test?
Most universities require proof of English proficiency for English-taught programs. IELTS (usually 6.0 – 6.5) or TOEFL (80 – 90 iBT) is commonly accepted. Some universities may accept alternative tests or waive the requirement if you studied in an English-medium school.
How much are the fees?
Fees vary depending on the program, university, and country. Our services are priced transparently: Profile Assessment starts at 9,999 PKR, University Application Packages range from 49,999 PKR to 89,999 PKR, and Visa & Post-Visa services are 24,999 PKR per country. Tuition fees for universities also vary from €2,000 to €20,000 per year depending on public/private institutions and programs.
Can I apply without an English test?
Some universities accept students without IELTS/TOEFL if they meet certain criteria, such as completing previous education in English or taking foundation/pathway programs. We assess your profile and guide you to the best options if you don’t have an English test score.
Can I work part-time while studying?
Yes! Most countries allow international students to work part-time during their studies (typically 20 hours per week). Rules vary by country. For example, France, Poland, Finland, and Austria allow part-time work, and knowing the local language can improve job opportunities.
How long is the entire process?
The process depends on the program and country. Generally, it takes 3–6 months for profile assessment, university selection, application submission, and acceptance. Visa processing may take 1–3 months. Early planning increases your chances of smooth admission and visa approval.
Is there an age limit?
Most universities do not have a strict age limit, but programs like undergraduate degrees are typically designed for students aged 17–25. Master’s, diploma, and vocational programs are open to a wider age range. We can guide you on the best options for your age and profile.
Do you guarantee admission?
We carefully guide you to programs and universities where you have the maximum chance of being accepted based on your academic profile and goals. However, we do not guarantee admission, as the final decision rests with the universities. Rest assured, we assist you at every step of the process, from university selection to application submission and visa guidance.
